Hyejung Lee M.Ac., L.Ac.

HyeJung Lee is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine, New York State Board, and certified nationally with a Diplomate of Acupuncture. She earned a Master of Acupuncture Studies at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies, as well as completed the Chinese Herbal Medicine Certificate program at the school. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Temple University, and also studied acupuncture abroad in South Korea at Oriental Medicine Hospital where specialized in Pain and motor vehicle accidents.

Hyejung was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. She had a close relationship to acupuncture as a part of her Korean life under the influence of her grandfather, a Korean acupuncturist, who inspired her. With his early teachings and her graduate school studies, she works wholeheartedly to improve the quality of life of her patients. She welcomes everyone in a friendly and comfortable manner, with the belief that acupuncture not only addresses many ailments effectively, but can also heal people’s lives–mind, body, and spirit.

She holds a cosmetology license in the state of New York and has advanced facial acupuncture certificates, including facial rejuvenation acupuncture and micro-needling. She is also a certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner and certified Aroma therapist.
